Any DOAs must be reported within 2 hours of delivery. Must provide CLEAR photos and/or video of dead livestock in UNOPENED bag with bag tie facing down, and a second one with bag on its side on a light surface for clear viewing. Failure to follow these instructions will make the live guarantee non valid. Refunds for DOAs are for livestock only, not including shipping. We can replace DOAs, but customer is responsible to pay for shipping. We cannot offer refunds for incorrect addresses. Customer is responsible for livestock compatibility. Order cancellation has a 10% fee of order amount.

Acclimation

Once your fish arrives, be sure to acclimate them to the temperature of your tank by floating the bag in the water for at least 15-20 minutes before releasing them in. Net the fish out of the bag and discard the water from the bag.
